Our quotes are one hundred percent obligation free. If and when you decide to book, we’ll help you get set-up.
Standard liability is covered by all carriers and is included in your quote. Depending on the courier you choose, coverage ranges between $60 – $100. Be sure to visit your carrier’s website for more details.
For parcels with higher value, we offer Enhanced Liability Insurance in the case of loss or damage during transit. You can select this coverage with your quote or during the booking process.
Since procedures vary from carrier to carrier, we recommend to contact us first. We will ensure your claim gets handled properly by one of our professionals.
We do our best to offer reliable transit times, but occasional delays through customs and other factors out of our control can happen. It’s always a good idea to plan enough time for your shipment to reach its destination.
We base the cost of your shipment on two main guidelines: the destination and the size and weight. Size and weight are determined by ‘actual’ weight and the ‘dimensional’ size.
Duties and taxes charged by the importing country are not included in the final charge.
Surcharges are any additional shipping charges or fees that are applied. You are responsible for any surcharges that incur, which vary from carrier to carrier. Factors include items that are heavy in weight, particularly large items, or if special handling is required. Surcharges may also apply to shipments with destinations in remote areas. In addition, fees may incur for any delayed or postponed goods upon carrier arrival.
